DS3 Cloud stores data in ISO/IEC 27001 certified partner data centers in the EU and UK. DS3 Composer runs on hardware the customer chooses.

Cubbit is headquartered in Italy, an EU member state. This places it under the EU's data protection regime, including the GDPR, and reduces its exposure to data-access laws from outside the EU.
